Consultations
We offer one-on-one video teleconsultations for IMG physicians who wish to pursue training in the US. The consultations are meant to help you with all aspects of the application process. Based on your application stage and other information we collect, we will tailor the consultations to benefit you best.
The information we provide you with during these consultations can comprise the following facets - 1) Helping you decide if training in the USA is a viable option for you; 2) Practical application strategies for IMG physicians who have already trained in their countries and wish to practice in the USA; 3) Strategies to enhance the quality of your ERAS application; 4) Brainstorming strategies for applicants with deficits on their applications; and 5) Alternative career options for physicians with extensive clinical and/or research training from home countries.
What is the duration of these consultations?
The initial consultation can be booked for one hour, and follow-up consultations are 30 minutes.
How do I book this service?
Once you complete the payment for the consultation on the Services page, please go to the scheduling page and click on the black button. This will take you to a survey, and at the end, you can schedule the initial consultation session for a date and time of your choice. You will receive a Zoom invite with confirmation only after you complete the survey form on the Scheduling page. Please read our Terms and Conditions before the meeting. Follow-up sessions can be booked directly from the calendar on the scheduling page.

Can I can record the consultations?
We respectfully ask that you do not record the consultations. We are happy to answer any follow-up questions you may have. It would be incredibly beneficial for you to read our Terms and Conditions page before the Consultation.
Personal Statement Editing
If you want to utilize our personal statement editing service, please choose the personal statement editing option in the Survey. You will be asked to upload your documents at the end of the survey. We ask that you choose which service option suits you for personal statement editing. Our physician-writers will review your personal statement and provide thoughtful edits regarding style and content. These edits will depend on the service option you have chosen.
What is included in each service option?
Quick Polish: This option addresses style, grammar, and sentence flow but does not include content feedback. This option is suited for those who already have a strong draft and need a polish before sending it in.
Double Boost: This option provides content feedback and improves style, grammar, and sentence flow. This option is suitable for those who have an initial draft or are farther along than an initial draft and need robust edits to content and style.
Ultimate Overhaul: This is the most comprehensive option, with in-depth content and writing feedback. This option is for those who may or may not have an initial draft. We will work with you to develop and refine your personal statement over three rounds of edits.
How do I choose the appropriate service for my needs?
We ask that you be the judge of what your personal statement needs.
If your personal statement already has strong content and needs refinement, go with Quick Polish.
Double Boost or Ultimate Overhaul would be best for moderate to extensive feedback on content and style.
Once you have chosen the service and paid for it, you will be taken to the page where you can upload your draft.
For Double Boost and Ultimate Overhaul, please upload your ERAS application or your CV so that we can suggest content edits.
What is the turnaround time for each service?
All options have a turnaround time of 5 days.
Can I request rush delivery?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rush delivery at this time. We ask for the time to provide the highest quality work on your personal statement.
Will my personal statement remain confidential?
Yes, all submissions are handled with strict confidentiality.
What if I'm not satisfied with the feedback?
We aim for high satisfaction, so if you’re not completely satisfied, reach out, and we’ll work to address any concerns.
Can I upgrade my service after placing an order?
Yes, you can upgrade if you decide you'd like additional feedback.
How will I receive my edited document?
You'll receive a marked-up version showing all changes, plus a clean version with suggested edits incorporated.
Do you edit statements for all types of programs?
No we edit personal statements only for physician residency and fellowship applications.
